Terms and Conditions

By hiring Recam Moving Services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the client and Recam to ensure a smooth and professional service experience.

1. Pricing and Payment

• Hourly Rates: Minimum 2 hours per job, calculated from arrival to completion.
• Truck Fee: Separate from hourly rate and specified in the estimate.
• Payment: Due in full upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.

2. Liability and Damages

Recam is not liable for damages caused by improper client packing, pre-existing conditions, or uncontrollable circumstances.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations under 48 hours may be subject to a two-hour minimum charge.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee.
